Titan Minus Ion Finger Rings (3 Per Pack) These stylish finger rings are made of specially processed soft silicone rubber, titanium, tourmaline and ceramic. About Minus Ion (Negative Ion) Technology Our body generates Positive Ions as we absorb Negative Ions (Minus Ions) into our system; this gives us balance. In Japan they have concluded that electricity, machinery, and human beings all compete for Minus Ions. It is believed that a low level of Minus Ion intake can cause an inbalance and may be the reason that some people have stress, nervousness and discomfort. The compostion of our Minus Ion Products attract Minus Ions to your body. Depending on your ionic balance, they may offer you relief. We are all different. Minus Ion technology is not medicine (like aspirin), but could be compared more to vitamins. Minus Ions are sometimes referred to as the "Vitamins of the Air." Now, benefit from Titanium "Minus Ions" and its' inherent ion balancing power! In a soft, comfortable, pain-easing wrist band that really works! Here's what it can do for you: # Ease wrist, hand, back and shoulder pain # Restore important ion balance # Warm cold hands and feet # Improve concentration and focus # Help recovery from sports fatigue They are comfortable to wear and can be worn all of the time. They are unlike any other "minus ion" product manufactured in the world. How do the wrist bands and bracelets work and what do they do? Titan wrist bands and bracelets make use of the negative charge and ionization characteristics of specially processed Silicone Rubber, Titanium and Tourmaline. These characteristics attract negative ions to your body Once you wear our soft "Titan" ion wrist bands or Ring Bracelets the semi-permanent power of the negative ions can help regulate the ion balance within your body and refresh you inside and out. People have worn these Wrist Bands or Bracelets and have experienced the soothing qualities. One of the advantages is that they can be worn practically all of the time. When you are working on your computer, playing sports or working out. You don't have to take them off! Should I wear more than one? Wearing more wrist bands may increase the soothing effect. For example, would you take more Vitamin C then your body requires? Some people prefer 2 or 3, others prefer just 1. The key is to have an ionic balance. The wrist bands act like a conduit to attract the negative ions and help bring negative ions to your body. How we react from it is different for everyone. How long do they last? You can use them until they break, wear, fade or you lose it. It's as simple as that. They do not lose their ability to attract negative ions. Sometimes, howevver, if you get too much absorbtion (Sweat), that can cause them to lower their "charge". If you take them off for about twenty minutes, they will "recharge". Is their any medical evidence? This is not medicin

One of golf's fundamental you often hear said is "keep you head down". That is almost true. When practicing, unless you have someone watching, you don't really know if your head is steady or not. GTA has a simple but effective way of helping you determine what head motions you may have. The head does not remain rigid during the swing. It move for a right hand golfer several inches to the right and about one inch down in the back swing. It remains in that position and possibly move an inch further back during the down swing. With the GTA Steady Head Laser/Clip, it will be obvious what the head is doing. Simply attack to a golf cap or visor. The laser will indicate head movement. You will be surprise how much head movement you may have, even when putting.

If anything ever happens to me, promise me that you will see that there is an investigation... And find Ann Rule and ask her to write my story", Sheila Blackthorne Bellush told her sister after she divorced multimillionaire Allen Blackthorne. Now, in perhaps the first book ever written at a victim's request, America's Number One bestselling true-crime writer, Ann Rule, untangles a horrific web of lies that culminated in Sheila's savage murder more than ten years after she left Blackthorne. When beautiful, blond Sheila married the charming, handsome Blackthorne, she was convinced she had found her perfect soul mate, and helped him reach his goal of living the privileged life of the country club set. But behind Allen's smooth facade, she discovered a violent, controlling sociopath - a liar, a scam artist, a sexual deviant. When she finally fled with their two young daughters, she was skeletally thin, bruised, and beaten. Although Sheila recovered, remarried, and was starting a new life and family, she still felt she was doomed. Joyously pregnant, she and her new husband expecting quadruplets, Sheila still feared Blackthorne, who had sworn to her he would monitor her every move and "every breath you take". And, in fact, Blackthorne inevitably tracked her down, as did her killer, who left her in a pool of blood marked by the tiny footprints of her two-year-old toddlers. The questions remained: Could the authorities ever link Sheila's murder to Blackthorne himself? Was his true obsession high-stakes golf and his extravagant pink mansion - or was it to destroy Sheila? Following a trail of deception from Oregon and Hawaii to Texas and Florida, Ann Rule gained complete access to Sheila's family, friends, and neighbors, as well as to the detectives and prosecutors on the case. With Every Breath You Take, Ann Rule has written a heart-pounding account of obsession, revenge, and murder that will enthrall readers from beginning to end.

It's twelve days before the presidential election, and someone wants the incumbent eliminated from the race -- forever. For Jack Flynn, Washington correspondent for the Boston Record, it's a chance for the type of exclusive story about which most reporters can only dream: a round of golf with President Clayton Hutchins just days before he stands in front of voters in what has been the closest race for the White House in decades. But events on the links take a surprising turn. On the tenth tee, the president, confident of renewing his mandate, offers Jack the job of press secretary in his new administration. Minutes later, shots are fired. The president is wounded. Jack is caught in the hail of bullets. And the gunman lies dead nearby, taken out by the Secret Service. As he recuperates in the hospital, Jack receives an anonymous telephone call about the shooting, warning him that "nothing is as it seems." Using his considerable journalistic skills, Jack sets forth on an investigation that takes him from a remote militia compound in Idaho to the inner sanctums of the federal government -- and which forces him to face a devastating personal tragedy he has been unable to confront for a year. Along the way, with his bosses at the newspaper hounding him for daily scoops, the White House urging him to accept the president's job offer, and a fetching female FBI agent breathing down his neck, his anonymous source continues to contact him with new clues -- and new warnings. But just as he seems to be getting close to the truth, Jack Flynn unwittingly becomes front-page news himself. In the tradition of the bestselling Washington thrillers Absolute Power and The Tenth Justice, combining riveting authenticity with a wry narrative sensibility, The Incumbent hums with the vitality of the newsroom and bristles with the excitement of the final stages of a presidential election campaign. It marks the debut of a major talent.
